What forms of payment do you accept??
Answer: We accept MC/Visa/Discover
Money Order, Personal Checks or PayPal. (If paying via Money Order, Personal Checks or Cashier's Check,
payment is due within 7 days of placing order - order will be held for 10 days
until payment has cleared our bank.
If payment is not received within that time,
your order will be cancelled.)
All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
Do you accept MC/Visa/Discover
orders directly over the phone?
Answer: Yes we do. Although, it is just
easier for us, if you please your order through our website. The information is gathered on a SSL Secure site.
Why does my credit card statement show "My Littlest Inspiration, Inc."?
Answer: Our corporate name is My Littlest Inspiration, Inc. and
Spa'lectables is a division of our corporation.
How do you ship and do you ship internationally??
Answer: Spa'lectables ships anywhere
across the US or Internationally.
All items are shipped
via Federal Express or USPS Insured. For international orders,
customer is responsible for any and all import fees & taxes.
What is your return or
exchange policy?
Answer: Due to the cosmetic nature, the following
products are FINAL sales. No returns or refunds are offered.

Our Candles carry a Return Policy as follows: ( back for
a full online store credit minus shipping fees.
Spa'lectables guarantees
you the highest
quality scented candles. We would be glad to exchange or
refund any candle that doesn't meet this standard. (**REFUNDS IN FORM OF ON
LINE STORE CREDIT MINUS SHIPPING FEES ONLY**)
You must return product(s) in original packaging or equivalent to insure
a damage free return. If shipping, you must ship via Federal Express Ground/Home
Delivery or USPS Priority Insured.
The product(s) returned or exchanged must be received back to us within
15 days of receipt of product.
Any returned candle can NOT be more than 25% used
or damaged upon arrival to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Any refund or exchange on returned products
are for the value of the product(s) and does NOT cover any
shipping or return shipping charges.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Answer: All of our products are made to
order. Your order will be shipped within 7 - 10 BUSINESS days of ordering
(depending on size of order) Wholesale orders, on average, take
14-20 BUSINESS days.

Do you offer special sales?
Answer: Yes we do!! Each
month we offer
a "Scent of the Month". During that month, the scent
of the month only is 15% off regular price.
Where are you located?
Answer: We are located on Long Island (east of NYC)
Do you have a store-front?
Answer: At this time, no we do not.
We are a home-based business.
